He is the original author of Pandora FMS which he started coding in 2003. He can code in PHP, Perl and shellscript. These days he is more focused on the project roadmap, product marketing and team management. He speaks fluent English and Spanish, and is a happy father. He enjoys photography, science fiction, and sports such as fencing, boxing and swimming.
He is one of the lead developers. He writes code in Perl, PHP and C++. He speaks a little bit of Korean and Japanese, and his tasty lunches make the rest of the office turn green with envy.
He is a Systems Engineer and belongs to our Technical Department. He is in charge of solving instances and coding plugins. He loves playing sports and is learning the guitar, among many other things.
Dani is one of the developers who make Pandora FMS’s performance possible, among his many other tasks. He loves playing sports and watching TV shows and films.
Alejandro is one of our developers and his main tasks are to watch over the operation of Integria IMS and develop new functionalities. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, playing football and reading.
Manuel is from Madrid and is part of the Development department. He uses PHP, SQL, Java Script, HTML and CSS, he programs new functionalities in Pandora FMS, besides fixing bugs. He loves cycling when the weather allows it, watching movies, reading and walking with his family.
Tatiana belongs to the Development Department and she is in charge of the well performing of all the websites of the company. She loves watching serials and listening music.
Marcos is from Salamanca and works as a developer at Pandora FMS headquarters in Salamanca. He loves traveling and enjoys going to the cinema, a very friendly fella who loves to wander around the streets with the love of his life, his dog Sam.
Luis works as a developer at Pandora FMS headquarters in Salamanca. Music is his true passion, he has been part of the “batucada” Blocco Charro for years, devoting his life and heart to it. He is also the father of two dogs and two cats.
He’s well known around the office as “The Calm One”. With his infinite patience, he brings peace to our office. We thank him for his bug reports and, above all, for the fact that he doesn’t yell at anyone when something goes wrong.
Víctor is in charge of running tests, moderating our forum and general support tasks. He enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, preferably his own.
Ismael is in the Support department. Program in Python, SQL, PowerShell, Bash and Perl, for now. He is in charge of helping and solving any doubt our clients may have. He enjoys traveling, martial arts and cinema, his favorite movie is Lord of the Rings, specifically the third part.
Raúl is from Madrid, and belongs to the Support department. His work consists mainly of giving support to clients and solving any doubts they may have.
In his free time he likes to watch TV series, history documentaries, solve puzzles and spend time with his friends.
Alberto belongs to the Support department and is in charge of documentation and training, as well as the Pandora FMS forum. He considers himself a sports fanatic, especially rugby, as well as watching movies at home and playing video games.
Daniel is one of our team of Beta testers and works alongside the Support and Development Departments, testing new functions and diagnosing possible flaws with the aim of improving our product. A big fan of sci-fi and heavy metal.
Alejandro is a Beta Tester, in charge of making sure that the new features from our products are working properly, and tracing failures to fix them later. He enjoys doing all kinds of skating and he loves to get his backpack and go to the countryside to discover new places.
Diego is Q/A tester, although he also works for the Support team by solving clients’ different problems. He’s from Huelva but you could never tell by his accent though. His hobbies are going to the movies, playing video games, listening to music and watching TV shows. His region’s traditional drink “rebujito” is not quite his cup of tea.
Jamal is Q/A tester, his work goes beyond finding bugs and failures in Pandora FMS, he also helps out the Support team. He loves doing sports and he nails every single game, except for basketball. He’s the captain of the enterprise socker team. He’s always willing to have a good beer and he’s a total Top Head.
Rafael traveled across the sea from Venezuela to work with us as Project Manager. His tasks are mainly managing and supervising Pandora FMS projects. He is an enthusiastic gamer, has a collection of vintage Yamahas, loves movies and anything to do with IT.
Kevin lives in Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, and he belongs to the Support Department. His jobs consists mainly in giving support to the customers and attending the Pandora FMS forum. He declares himself to be a video games addict.
Enrique is from Madrid and is one of our support guys. He works helping customers to solve their incidences and managing the forum. His hobbies are playing video games, watching TV series and playing the guitar.
Gorka is part of the Project Department and his work focuses on solving both doubts and incidents of clients. He loves sports, cooking and, above all, flying small airplanes in his spare time.
Sara is part of the IT Project department, she is in charge of helping the clients in the implementation of Pandora FMS. She lives for music, she couldn’t live without it! She loves the audiovisuals and photography. She has the great hobby of immortalizing her trips, discovering the world and different cultures, especially their gastronomy.
José is from Tarancón, Cuenca, and is part of the IT Project department. He works helping clients to implement Pandora FMS software. In his free time he loves to paint Warhammer miniatures, watch Netflix series and go out or play games with his friends.
Sergio belongs to the IT Project department and among his functions is to help customers implement Pandora FMS software and solve any difficulties they may have. He loves to travel, play sports and watch TV. He has competed in lifesaving and first aid, karate and tennis.
Eduardo works in the Support department. He supports and helps Pandora FMS customers with their technical questions and implementations. He loves reading and playing video games. He doesn’t step on public transportation or have a car, he walks everywhere!
Jose Luis is an Account Manager of big funds and responsible for the making and tracking of the commercial offers. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, watching sci-fi films and books, as well as roaming around Madrid’s Sierra with his motorbike.

He cannot live without listening to electronic music at an obscene volume and he is passionate about making marathons of good movies. He also likes the anthem of the Champions League and that Djokovic loses the Grand Slam finals.
She is the most international girl in the office, half Swiss half Galician, she speaks perfect English, French and Spanish. She really loves traveling around the world and playing sports.
Alexander is from Caracas, Venezuela and is a member of the Sales Department. He is in charge of answering the questions of international clients. He likes to read, play paddle, watch series and enjoy the company of his friends as well as anything related to the Harry Potter universe. Italian food is his favorite, although he doesn’t say no to a good burger!
Sara is a Social Health Worker and psychology student. She is Head of HR and Office Manager at Ártica and also contributes articles to our blog. She is a geekette who loves videogames, comics and trilobytes.
Patricia is from Bilbao and is in charge of the Administration department. She is in charge of invoices, licenses and making sure that nobody is missing anything in the office. She loves to enjoy her free time with family and friends. Her greatest passion is the music by Hombres G and her unfinished business, dancing.
Julia is the person in charge of administrative tasks in the office. Her main tasks include customer call handling and checking that everything is in order. She loves cats and is a great plant-lover.
Laura is one of our translators. She speaks English and French, although she is also studying German, Japanese and Korean. She’s a total polyglot! Confectionery runs through her veins and her specialty is making cheesecake, no matter what flavor. She also loves travelling and visiting art galleries.

Dimas is from Murcia and belongs to the Communication Department since he is one of the technical and literary writers who composes content for the company’s blogs. He loves rainy afternoons and the depths of the sea. Of course, he also loves technology.
