Pandora: 7.0NG.734 (P) 190429
OS: Linux Ubuntu
I can not find where do i have to enable auto refresh
I do not see in my GUI dropdown menu with different options
I am asking because "View Events" page doen't refresh at all
I've sent trap and it did not show up until I manually reload it.

You can enable autorefresh in:
Workspace -> Edit my user -> Autorefresh.
Autorefresh can be found in the right section of your user screen. There you will be able to select which parameters you want to display.
