SNMP Symbolic Names instead OID's ? - screenie - 08-14-2010 Hello, Is it possible to use the SNMP Symbolic Name instead OID's? OID's are not very helpful - it takes hours to find the correct values for bringing your devices into the monitoring system. thx Re: SNMP Symbolic Names instead OID's ? - darode - 11-16-2010 Hi screenie, In new version Pandora FMS 3.2 you can do a massive operation with SNMP that discovers all devices and interfaces by name instead of by OID. You can find this feature in Modules->Massive->SNMP Modules creation. I hope it was helpful. Re: SNMP Symbolic Names instead OID's ? - andrea.consadori - 04-11-2011 hi Darode in 3.2.1 where i can find this options? under massive operation i cannot see snmp module creation... regards Andrea Re: SNMP Symbolic Names instead OID's ? - miguel - 04-12-2011 Sorry my jobmate talked about a Enterprise feature.
