pandora_db.exe perlapp errors - 7.0NG.742
#1
Does anyone know the reason and/or a solution for the following.

Pandora FML works great, but the database maintenance script generates errors and therefore wont execute database maintenance.

Pandora FML is installed on Windows Server 2016 Datacenter
Version of Pandor FML: 7.0NG.742_FIX_PERL_2020 (PC200103)

The errors are:

== BEGIN ERROR ==

C:\PandoraFMS\Pandora_Server\scripts>pandoratool.bat
Semicolon seems to be missing at pandora_db.perlapp line 2.
syntax error at pandora_db.perlapp line 2, near "Version:"
Unknown regexp modifier "/k" at pandora_db.perlapp line 3, at end of line
Unknown regexp modifier "/e" at pandora_db.perlapp line 3, at end of line
Unknown regexp modifier "/r" at pandora_db.perlapp line 3, at end of line
Regexp modifiers "/l" and "/a" are mutually exclusive at pandora_db.perlapp line 3, at end of line
Unknown regexp modifier "/e" at pandora_db.perlapp line 4, at end of line
Regexp modifiers "/a" and "/d" are mutually exclusive at pandora_db.perlapp line 4, at end of line
Unknown regexp modifier "/r" at pandora_db.perlapp line 4, at end of line
Unknown regexp modifier "/_" at pandora_db.perlapp line 4, at end of line
Unknown regexp modifier "/e" at pandora_db.perlapp line 4, at end of line
pandora_db.perlapp has too many errors.

C:\PandoraFMS\Pandora_Server\scripts>

== END ERROR ==

I do see in update manager that there is a newer version (PC200113), but the update manager gets an error when extracting the package. Is there a manual download already for this update, as i do not see this one in downloads. See screenshot with the error.

Hello,

Pandora FMS is currently in version 743, so if you are in this version you should not worry about updating.

You can do a manual update following the steps of our documentation, I leave you a link to go directly.

https://pandorafms.com/docs/index.php?ti...xo_Upgrade

In case you want to fix the problem that prevents you from updating, this kind of bugs are given for several reasons, I recommend you to check both Pandora FMS and Apache logs and send them to us so we can check them and help you to correct this bug.

Greetings
Diego
