Hello Gents,
Anyone have an experience with monitoring of Procurve switches using pandoraFMS? Could you please explain me how to start with this?

Hello
We recommend you enable snmp on all devices you wish to monitor and later on do a SNMP L2 Recon on your internal network discovering all devices. Once done modules for the interfaces will be created to check their status and a ping module for each device will be created even for devices that don't have snmp enabled. On the second contact modules for the traffic per interface will be created.

Hello
We recommend doing an snmp walk from the console to the devices in order to see the amount of information available and if needed you can create custom snmp modules looking at specific oids
